Types of Bloggers for blogging

Types of Bloggers for blogging

There are three types of bloggers

Types of Bloggers for blogging, Regular Blogging: Writing at home, with some trips between places.

Travel blogger:

This is me. The majority of my time is spent traveling from conventions to conferences, and so on. Therefore battery life and weight are crucial.

Video Blogger: A person who is dependent heavily on Adobe Premiere. But these guys usually hire video editors or limit themselves to simple cuts/edits/transitions not heavy video editing. A laptop with a mid-range price can suffice.

Regular Blogging

It’s simply web browsing, creating posts, and then watching YouTube. Yes, these are possible with any old laptop…

The issue arises when you begin making massive posts (these are the ones that can earn you more shares and backlinks because they’re really beneficial).

The posts contain a ton of frightening images, numerous tables and graphs to keep the information neatly well-organized and simple to comprehend. Here’s an example from my most popular and shared blog post:

Have you noticed how I went through trying to scroll through the posts using WordPress Editor? WordPress Editor?

RAM

This is due to the bottlenecking of RAM. In addition, Chrome is heavy on memory, and is the most demanding of web browsers. At a minimum, you’ll need 8GB of RAM. Check out dell  charging port price online in India

Don’t believe that the newbies say 4GB is sufficient to blog. Windows 10 today takes 2GB Bloatware, other ongoing applications can take up to 1GB. This leaves 1GB left.

Multitasking (web browsing + word editing + youtube)

It is possible to do this on any laptop with 4GB RAM. If you’re using a word processor such as Google Docs as well as Microsoft Word, then you can count in 4GB RAM.

Remember that when you include Chrome and WordPress Editor into the mix You’ll require at least 8GB of RAM.

Storage

Solid Storage Drive

You must really get rid of the piggy bank by opting instead for an SSD. It won’t be reading massive files, huge software or writing large files however an SSD can make your computer speedy:

Start up in a matter of seconds

Find a file immediately (before you have even finished typing the name of the file or a phrase from its contents)

Start Office and open Chrome and other applications in the blink of an eye

You’ll be doing all these tasks on a regular day basis. Minutes will turn into minutes, and hours in creating content.

Other benefits include:

Lower chance of failure. Since there aren’t mechanical components, you will not harm the storage drive in the same way as you would using an old HDD drive.

Reduced heat problems: Again, there are no moving parts, which means less energy used and less chance of getting a lovely bronzed computer after an extended day.

CPU

Making posts isn’t a requirement for an expensive CPU. When you’re equipped with enough RAM and an SSD, you are able to make do with almost any processor.

Yes it is possible to do this, even if you want to build your website from the ground up. Web programming using HTML, PHP, MySQL etc., does not require any specific processor.

The best you can get should be an Intel Core i5 processor either from the 7th generation or the 8th generation.

2. Photo Editing

I’m not lying. I had to perform quite a bit of heavy editing using PhotoShop to create my most popular articles. Although I was not sure, I did need to pay anyone as I, like many bloggers, had a budget when I first started and it’s difficult to explain precisely what you want to another person, and the most appropriate person to complete the task you need is you!

For the image I created I required a lot of layers since I was a complete novice in photoshop. That’s how I altered my images. It was a mess of layers, but it worked! Check out cisco 1941 router price online in India

I also added a variety of logos and small GIF images that were all mixed together in the same graph as it is an information graph, after all.

It’s not too difficult at all watching YouTube videos, and playing around with PhotoShop will help you get there.

RAM

8.GB memory: Regardless the most important issue is RAM. At a minimum, you need 8GB RAM for any sort of photo editing, whether it’s PhotoShop as well as LightRoom.

16GB of RAM: If you’re an avid photographer and work with a lot of photos simultaneously with LightRoom, or you make use of Panoramas as the main image in your posts, and you also edit them, then you’ll require 16GB of RAM.

FourGB RAM is sufficient if your needs are only able to do easy edits, cropping and other such things it is not necessary to upgrade your RAM beyond 4GB unless you are dealing with lengthy and very heavy posts, like those that are displayed on the homepage of this website.

Storage

If you’re an avid photo editor, then an SSD is essential without a doubt. Visit my blog post on photoshop for more information.

CPU

How quickly you can edit your images and I’m referring to applying effects and layers, colors, will depend on how fast your processor can be. This is referring to clock speed, not the number of many cores your processor is equipped with.

Short story It’s as simple as getting the most powerful CPU that has the best clock speed that you can afford such as Core i3 Core 5 or Core i7.

8th generation processors are all speedy, so any of them can be used.

3. Video Editing

The majority of bloggers use YouTube editor. Some may utilize iMovie as well as Windows Movie maker.

If you’re relying on one of the above, you won’t require any specific hardware.

If you rely on simple jump-cuts/transitions/effects with Adobe Premiere you don’t need anything special either. Get the same specs for photo editing:

  • Any late generation CPU
  • 8GB RAM
  • Solid State Drive

Even if you’re a VC blogger with green backgrounds to add amazing effects, these specifications will be in place.

However.

If you are planning to become a frequent use of Adobe Premiere, that is you’ll be relying on a lot of enhanced effects and editing in high-resolution (wor color grading and 3D effects) or edit/shoot video with 4K resolution, then you should go through the Adobe Premiere article a read and you’ll require greater power than the laptops in this article and portability will be out of the window.
